Round 22 is here, so lets take a look at popular buys and sells for the run home.
Buy
Harry Grant
Very cheap now at $572,200 and will be expected to be more involved in playmaking with Jahrome Hughes.
Nathan Cleary
The best halfback for the run home by a mile. Desirable fixtures to come, has the pedigree and will goal kick. No brainer.
Hudson Young
Can still be bought for sub 700k, and has the ability to score points on most teams. If you can cover him in Round 24 (as most sides will be able to) then I like him as a buy.
Isaah Yeo
Had his minutes managed a little over the Origin period, but is a great option for safe points in the back row. Available for less than 550k, this feels like a very easy recommendation.
Jethro Rinakama
Named to play this week and should have decent job security for the next month after the injury to Connor Tracey. With a BE of -60, he will make decent cash and then drop out of the side. If you need a decent scorer this week or a tad more cash for your final team, here is where you get it.
Pat Carrigan
Haas is at risk of missing this week, which means Pat Carrigan will need to step up in his place. He is dual, plays big mins and has elite base. Grab him for sub 600k if you are needing another number in the forwards.
Hold
Eli Katoa
Scoring has been down, but with all the injuries happening in Supercoach, we can’t afford to be trading out guns. Hold
Sell
Bradman Best
Niggling injury, as well as the bye this week. Time to move him on
Haumole Olakau’atu
Has reinjured his shoulder and is expected to miss the rest of the season. Sell
Jahrome Hughes
Shoulder injury is expected to keep him out until NRL Finals. Sell
