Lets take a look at potential VC & C options for Round 27.
VC Options
Tom Trbojevic – In a purple patch of form notching up 180 and 100 in his past couple of games. SuperCoach aside, it looks the Turbo of old, and Manly will be wanting to put the points on in a must win game where they need to catch the Roosters/Dolphins F/A. Friday night at Brookvale for DCE’s last game at Manly – plenty to like here.
Daly Cherry-Evans – Similar to above, DCE is on fire from his last two scoring 115 and 157 in consecutive weeks. Plays his last game at Brookvale for Manly, am expecting a big performance against a struggling Warriors outfit.
James Tedesco – Been one of the best SC players this season. Must win game for the Chooks who play finals if doing so. There will be plenty of feeling in this clash against the Bunnies, but there should be plenty of attacking points in this and no doubt Teddy will be putting together a big performance.
C Options
Nathan Cleary – One of the most reliable captaincy options each week, now comes fresh off the bye against a down and out Dragons outfit. No doubt that Cleary and the Panthers will be wanting to put together a massive performance here to carry that form into the finals.
Herbie Farnworth* – Gamble with this one as you will, as no guarantee that Herbie lines up in the starting 13. If he does, he could be a huge POD play for you as we know how good he is, and comes up against a reserve grade Canberra side in a must win game.
