Race 1
#7. Nazwah @ $2 – Super dominant win on debut running good time. This is certainly tougher than maiden grade but has good breeding for this and the stable is airborne right now. Maps well for a run just behind the speed.
Race 9
#10. Rantan @ $10 – Talented filly who just hasn’t had a lot of luck in run lately. Draws wide here but does go back, but if she can find the gaps she has the ability to finish over the top of these.
Race 10
#6. Puntin @ $3 – Having a strong prep and should be peak fitness here. Can cross and lead this field from the wide barrier and be hard to run down.
Doomben
Race 3
#5. Rock Hard Love @ $6 – Having a real honest prep and will be rock hard fit here. Likes the wet track, just needs a touch of luck from the gate.
Morphettville
Race 1
#3. Brave Star @ $4.60 – Think there are some chinks with the favs in the market here, and expect Brave Star to lead this field and have it his own way. Honest horse who likes the wet.
Race 3
#3. Sav On Ice @ $4.40 – Couldn’t have been more impressive last start winning by 4.8L. This is a touch harder, but has two wins on the trot and won’t have a problem with the wet track. Just needs a good ride from the wide gate.
Race 5
#14. Impending Diamond @ $10 – Racing super this prep and think the $10 is great value. Draws wide but will get back anyway, but the 51kgs makes for a strong finish.
