Race 3
#1. Harry’s Yacht @ $2.40 – Excellent return to racing last start winning comfortably over the 1100m. 1200m suits here today, and should sit just off the pace and close off strong.
Race 7
#3. Major Share @ $4.20 – Superb run last start just getting nabbed late. Drops back in grade slightly here, and has good figures both third up and at this distance.
Race 9
#2. Kingswood @ $4.60 – Been running super this prep after the long lay off. Looks set to peak here and absolutely relishes the 2000m.
Morphettville
Race 2
#7. Beauty Rising @ $4.80– Had to do a bit of work last start but still stuck on well. Should get an easy lead here from barrier 3, and gets the 3kg off with Warren taking the ride.
Race 8
#2. Round Two @ $4.80 – Comes here on the backup off a decent run last week and will appreciate the step up in distance. Draws a touch wide so will just need some luck finding a spot early.
Race 9
#11. Extinguish @ $2.50 – Ran well last start and will appreciate the step up to the 1550m here. With Swiftie Harriet being scratched, looks hard to beat.
Doomben
Race 4
#1. Yet He Moves @ $7 / $2.30 – Thought the $7 / $2.30 on offer here was a great EW bet. Has been running well in stronger grade than this, and gets in well at the weights with Sutherland taking the 3kg off.
Race 6
#1. Itchintogo @ $3 – Decent effort in his first race last start and will only take improvement from that run. Maps to lead this field and be hard to run down.
Race 7
#11. Grafterburners @ $2.30 – Think this horse has a lot of untapped ability and couldn’t have been more impressive last start winning by 3L after parading poorly. Gets a lovely ride from barrier 6 and looks very hard to beat.
Rosehill – Sunday 7th December
Race 4
#2. Dark Simba @ $4.40 – Ran well last start and drops back in grade here. Looks to have some ability and maps for a lovely run here from barrier 3.
Race 9
#1. United Kingdom @ $7 – Gets back to a dry deck here today and maps for a soft run in transit. Looks a great bet at these odds in what appears to be an open race.
Race 10
#3. Step Aside @ $8 / $2.80 – Loved the trials leading into this, and won first up last prep. Gets in well at the weights with the apprentice taking the claim, and think he’s a great EW bet at the odds.
