#9. Mercy Me @ $6.50 / $2.50 EW (neds) – Resumes off two sharp trials and this looks a target race. Expected to roll forward and give a strong sight on speed.

#2. Linebacker @ $2.90 (neds) – Clearly the class horse of the race and very hard to beat if anywhere near his best. Just looks about the right price now.

#12. Bella Blaze @ $7.50 / $2.50 EW (neds) – Showed good talent at the trials and looks like she’ll appreciate the rise in trip. Drawn to settle much closer this time.
Race 2
#4. Brave Danza @ $5 / $2.10 EW (neds) – Had excuses two back before a strong closing effort last start. Looks ready to peak now and has solid claims again.
Race 3
#2. Lovelycut @ $3.50 (neds) – Racing in great form this prep and maps to get the perfect run behind strong speed. Looks the one to beat.

#9. Yes Yoshi @ $4.60 / $2 EW (neds) – Had no luck at Bendigo and is much better than that run reads. Talented horse with upside and drawn to get every chance.
Race 7
#7. Zarir @ $9.50 / $3.20 (neds) – Strong effort in the Mornington Cup despite traffic issues and the rise to 2800m looks ideal. Big chance at the odds.
Race 8
#12. Stolli Bolli @ $3.10 (neds) – Not much separated him and De Bergerac when they met here last prep. Looks right in the mix again.
Race 9
#11. Mr Blunt @ $2.20 (neds) – Impressive winner at this track and trip last start and drops in weight despite the class rise. Looks capable of going on with it.

#11. Grinzinger Halo @ $2.70 (neds) – Had no luck fresh and then worked home strongly from a tough spot last week. Step to 1550m suits and wet ground won’t hurt.
Race 7
#3. Enuff Seduction @ $3.90 (neds) – Strong black-type run last start and the form has held up since. Fast tempo here should suit his closing style.
Race 9
#6. Invertational @ $5.50 / $2.25 (neds) – Hit the line hard again last week and is racing in great order. Peak fitness now and looks well placed.

Race 1
#2. Midnight Dynamite @ $2.50 (neds) – Consistent type who maps perfectly from the inside draw with J-Mac aboard. Loves racing second-up and should be hard to run down.
Race 2
#13. Diamond Epic @ $12 / $3.50 (neds) – Better for the fresh run and expected to be one of the strongest late. Looks good value in an even race.
