Race 4
#8. Front Page @ $3.50 – Class galloper coming off G1 form. Will push forward with Tim Clark and prove hard to run down.
#7. Warnie @ $14 – Lightly raced up and comer with superior ratings. Solid first up and can rate well in this.
Race 6
#18. Tavs @ $6 – Forgive last start when wide but short in the market. Form prior strong. Looks double the odds it should be.
#12. Rising Pacific @ $12 – A winner of it’s last four coming back in distance off 35 day let up. Has to run well from barrier 2.
Race 7
#10. Joliestar @ $2.70 – Best horse in the race and just needs an ounce of luck or JMac magic.
Flemington
Race 5
#7. Regal Vow @ $11 – Good late sectionals although beat a long way last start behind War Machine. Sneaky good run and ratings prior are competitive here.
Randwick
Race 6
#2. Spanish Fox @ $17 – Started single figures first up in this grade. Improved second up and ready to peak third up on Saturday.
#11. Anythink Goes @ $27.50 – Good on his day. Bit against the favs and he has the ratings to win.
#9. Captain Amelia @ $21 – Down in grade from the BM88s. Been thereabouts and can improve.
#10. The Great Houdini @ $101 – Started short in lower grade last two. Won a BM72 on the inner track two back and should be much shorter here.
Race 7
#9. Cool Jakey @ $2.9 – Running well on heavy tracks. Gets a similar set up to last time where it started fav. Looks the one.
Race 9
#17. Fleetwood @ $8.50 – Classy galloper who has a bit more upside than some of these. Will run well.
#8. Astero @ $17 – Now or never for this horse. Close first and second up. Needs to find a length or two but can.
