#4. Horseshoe Hill @ $3.20 (neds) –Strong fresh run in Listed company and now drops sharply in grade. Has been well supported early and looks well placed back in this class.
Sandown
Race 4
#9. Lady Thinkabell @ $2.80 (neds) – In top form this prep with strong late splits at her recent runs. Likely more tempo here lets her settle closer and the light weight is a big plus. Hard to beat.
Race 5
#3. Dirty Look @ $3.30 (neds) – Hit the line well to break through last start and the rise to 1400m looks ideal. Progressive type who can go on with it.
Strathalbyn
Race 3
#13. Innominate @ $2.45 (neds) – Both runs have come in stronger company and she worked home nicely last start from well back on a tough day for closers. Finds a more suitable race here.
Race 5
#2. Savsonic @ $2.60 (neds) – Looks primed to peak on the quick back-up. Drops in grade, returns to a track she likes and gets in well at the weights with the claim. Big chance.
Race 6
#10. Trantoro @ $4.50 (neds) – Had no luck last start and maps to get a much better run here. Gets a key jockey booking and can bounce back.
Eagle Farm
Race 4
#4. Kabaletto @ $2.60 (neds) – Solid fresh effort in stronger grade and should improve second-up. Likely to find the front here and looks well placed to take catching.
Race 8
#14. Krumac @ $6 / $2.15 (neds) – Has run well in stronger races previously and the first two runs this prep have been solid over unsuitable trips. Set to peak here and appeals each-way to close the day.
