Look, I’ll be the first to admit it was straight out fucking cringe, weird, and creepy. And if that was your mate saying that on the pull in front of some girls, you’d have his life.

Everyone knows Freddy is a larrikin and all round good guy. His career, outside of football, has been built around his laidback nature, and off the cuff style of humour.
And that’s all this was.
He’s just tried to crack a joke to lighten the mood and got it wrong….weirdly wrong.
And he deserves to be taken the piss out of. Being called a creep is more than fair when you crack a creepy joke that doesn’t quite hit.
But calling for him to be sacked and lose his career?
