Check out our team list analysis for Round 12! A big Team List Tuesday with plenty of changes.
Bulldogs vs Dolphins – Thursday 7:50PM (AEDT) at Accor Stadium

Bulldogs
Plenty of outs for the Dogs with a few still sidelined, and losing Stephen Crichton, Max King and Kurt Mann to Origin duties. Both Jacob Kiraz and Daniel Suluka-Fifita are missing to a calf injury and concussion protocols respectively. They do get a boost though with the return of Josh Curran who will partner Lipoi Hopoi in the middle. Blake Wilson comes in on the wing, Bailey Hayward starts at lock, and Blake Taaffe comes into the backline at centre.
Dolphins
Jake Averillo will come in at fullback to replace the Hammer who is on origin duties, with Max Feagai making his Dolphins debut in the backline at centre. Tom Gilbert is out (pectoral injury) which sees Connelly Lemuelu starting in the backrow and Oryn Keeley on the bench.
SuperCoach Analysis
Jacob Kiraz is out for an extended period so is now a SELL. A couple of players you could be looking at bringing in is Viliame Kikau and/or Reed Mahoney. Kikau is averaging 71 points for the year and is a clear attack weapon for the Dogs. at 9% ownership, he is a decent POD option. Mahoney has a 3RA of 59 and playing 80 minutes each week. I think there are better options than him, but if you’re looking to downgrade from someone like Harry Grant, there are worse options.
There’s not much interest in any of the Dolphins players, bar Herbie Farnworth. We’ve screamed he’s a MUST for your side for weeks now, and needs to come into your side sooner rather than later.
Eels vs Sea Eagles – Friday 8:00PM (AEDT) at CommBank Stadium

Eels
Couple of huge ommissions for the Eels with both Mitch Moses and Zac Lomax on origin duty. Dean Hawkins will wear the 7 this week, with Sean Russell moving to the wing and Jordan Samrani starting at centre. Kelma Tuilagi returns from suspension in the backrow.
Sea Eagles
Daly Cherry-Evans is on origin duty and will be replaced by Jake Arthur at 7. Jurbo is out with concussion protocols and will be replaced by Jazz Tevaga, with Jake Simpkin starting at Hooker.
SuperCoach Analysis
There’s not too much appeal with the Eels side. Dylan Brown remains a safe 5/8 bet, averaging 65 for the year. He’s got good base for this position, and clearly is better with Moses back in the team scoring 60, 77, 68, and 81 since his return. Jordan Samrani will make some cash with a BE of -19 and lining up at the centre position. He doesn’t have great long-term appeal though as he is only starting with Zac Lomax on origin duty, but if you’re after a cash grab, he could be a play. Isaiah Iongi can be looked to be moved on after this week with a BE of 53 and looking to have peaked in value.
It’s crazy that Turbo is currently $552K with a BE of 119, but he’s clearly not at his best. He’s one to watch after this week, because if he can put up a score against the Eels and show his SC relevance is still there, you can pick him up at an insanely cheap price for his standard.
Panthers vs Knights – Saturday 5:30PM (AEDT) at Carrington Park, Bathurst

Panthers
Plenty of outs for the Panthers with Nathan Cleary, Brian To’o, Isaah Yeo, Liam Martin and Dylan Edwards all starting for the Blues. This sees Brad Schneider coming in to wear the 7, Tom Jenkins on the sting, Daine Laurie at fullback, Lindsay Smith at lock, and Preston Riki in the backrow.
Knights
Fletcher Sharpe moves to fullback to replace Kalyn Ponga who wears the 1 for the Maroons. Tyson Gamble will play 5/7, and Jack Cogger is the new halfback. Bradman Best is out with injury, which brings Kyle McCarthy into the centres, and Dylan Lucas back to the edge. Jacob Saifiti is also out with a calf injury but is replaced by Leo Thompson who returns from concussion protocols.
SuperCoach Analysis
If you own any of the Panthers Origin stars, they’re holds for now unless you have the trades to burn. Blaize Talagi I think is a great POD option at 2% ownership. His lowest score this season is 58, and the attacking stats are now starting to come in now that he’s formed some combinations and gaining in confidence every week. He’s also averaging 29 points in base. If you’re looking at him or Dylan Brown, I’d go Blaize.
Sadly there aren’t too many players of interest from the Newcastle team who have an excellent draw over the origin period. Fletcher Sharpe should have some more runs this week, and I wouldn’t be selling if anyone was turned off by the 35 points he put up last week. Good to see that Dylan Lucas returns to the backrow for this clash where he has much more SC relevance.
Roosters vs Sharks – Saturday 7:35PM (AEDT) at Industree Group Stadium, Gosford

Roosters
Plenty of outs for the Roosters with Rob Toia, Connor Watson, Angus Crichton, Spencer Leniu and Lindsay Collins all out on Origin duty. Naufahu Whyte
is also out for up to a month with an MCL injury. Marky Mark will move to the centres which sees Dom Young make his return on the sting. Egan Butcher returns from injury on the edge, with Salesi Foketi starting with Makahesi Makatoa in the middle.
Sharks
Sam Stonestreet is facing up to 6-8 weeks on the sideline which sees Mawene Hiroti return from injury on the sting.
SuperCoach Analysis
The Roosters have plenty of SC relevance this year with a few players putting up decent averages. I think Teddy is an absolute MUST for your team, averaging 89 for this year and is safe as houses. With a price of just under $920K, it’ll be hard to bring him in, but I’d definitely be pulling the trigger at some stage. Mark Nawaqanitawase continues to impress averaging 74 for the year, and should be scoring plenty of points on the right sting. He lines up at centre for this week only, but with a BE of 26, I’d be bringing him in now, especially at only 8% ownership. Naufahu Whyte looks to have a small 3-4 stint on the sidelines and is a SELL. Sandon Smith continues to score well at Hooker, but with Sam Walker returning soon, who could take back the kicking duties, I’d be reluctant to bring him in.
We advised to bring in Nicho Hynes weeks back and still stick by that. He’s in great form as of late, running the ball more, and playing with much more attacking confidence – now sits with a 5RA of 80. KL Iro is a base stat beast and could be a great POD option for your team at 4% ownership. Mawene Hiroti is also a sneaky BUY this week who is set to have the wing spot for the Sharks for 8 weeks. He averages 36 points in base, and if he can pick up some of Stonestreets attacking stats, he could earn quite a bit of cash over the next couple of months.
Warriors vs Raiders – Sunday 4:05PM (AEDT) at Go Media Stadium

Warriors
James Fisher Harris (suspension) and Mitch Barnett (origin) are the two outs for the Warriors, replaced by Bunty Afoa and Jackson Ford.
Raiders
Hudson Young (origin) is the only out for the Raiders from last weeks winning side against the Titans, replaced by Simi Sasagi.
SuperCoach Analysis
We advised to get on Erin Clark weeks back and that has turned out to be a great purchase. With a 5RA of 80, playing big minutes at lock, and still at only 17% ownership, he’s a consistent POD for your squad. One that we advised to pick up on Waivers a few weeks back for our Draft players was Leka Halasima. Since moving to 80 minutes on the edge, he is putting up good scores in base without the attacking stats. I feel the Warriors can utilise him like a Kikau, and if that were to unlock, you could see some huge attacking stats come his way. At $463K, I think he is a great mid-ranger BUY.
Reward for owners who held Corey Horsburgh who missed Origin selection and looks a great player for this period. We advised to bring in Zac Hosking last week and that yielded dividends putting up 77 points with 50 in base. With a BE of 15, he is a MUST BUY for this week.
