Our NRL SuperCoach Round 7 team analysis breaks down team list changes, cash cows, trade targets and key insights for every game.
Cowboys vs Sea Eagles – Thursday 7:50PM at Queensland Country Bank Stadium

Cowboys
Braidon Burns and Soni Luke come in for Taulagi and Mahoney who are both out due to concussion protocols.
Sea Eagles
Taukeiaho returns from injury via the bench.
SuperCoach Analysis
The Cowboys have plenty of points in them, which make them interesting from a SC perspective. Drinkwater and Purdue are keepers (as long as he stays at centre) and the likes of Luki, Clifford and Chester are putting up numbers that are hard to ignore. Chester is averaging 66.6 and has a BE of -32 and that average would be pushing 70 without his sin bin in Round 3. He is averaging 56 in base power which is absolutely elite.
Manly are hard to predict in 2026, with interest only in Tom Trbojevic and Haumole Olakau’atu at this point. Reuben Garrick is in tryscoring form but I am still unconvinced.
Raiders vs Storm – Friday 6:00PM at GIO Stadium

Raiders
Matt Timoko returns to the starting side, replacing Tamale, while Kris moves to the wing.
Storm
Waitere has been moved to the starting side, with Moses Leo making way.
SuperCoach Analysis
Sasagi is him! He is dual and should have a floor of about 50 most weeks. Noah Martin still got through a lot of work despite coming off the bench last week, so I am holding for now. Hudson Young was back to his destructive best and couldn’t argue with anyone buying.
A lot of Storm options have underperformed and something looks not quite right this year. A wait and see for now. Grant and Faalogo are still guns in their respective positions.
Dolphins vs Panthers – Friday 8:00PM at TIO Stadium, Darwin

Dolphins
Kurt Donoghoe is out, replaced by Brad Schneider.
Panthers
Izack Tago joins the run on side for the first time in 2026, due to the suspension of Casey McLean. Luke Garner starts in the place of the injured Liam Martin.
SuperCoach Analysis
Finefeuiaki, Farnworth and potentially Isaako are the targets at the Dolphins.
Tom Jenkins continues to get the job done, boasting a ludicrous try scoring record. Cleary, Papali’i and Yeo are guns. I don’t mind Luke Garner as a play if Martin is out for 4 weeks or more as he has been relevant in the past with a settled role.
Warriors vs Titans – Saturday 3:00PM at Go Media Stadium

Warriors
Kurt Capewell returns, moving Marata Niukore to the bench. Keep an eye on final teams before kickoff as both Nicoll-Klokstad and Barnett are listed on the reserves.
Titans
Titans are 1-19.
SuperCoach Analysis
Jackson Ford is the main relevant option at the Warriors, playing massive minutes and getting through a ton of work. Tanah Boyd continues to post strong scores but I still have reservations based on previous history. Erin Clark just isn’t getting the minutes to be as relevant as 2025.
Keano Kini had a breakout 2026 performance which might have been just what he needed to get going this season. Faemani scored well last week so can be held a few weeks later. At this rate, Arama Hau could be a season long keeper. Beau Fermor has been very quiet by his standards. Jayden Campbell is an elite halfback choice with a huge ceiling. Something appears to be very wrong with Tino Fa’asuamaleaui as his output (and minutes) have fallen off a cliff this season.
Rabbitohs vs Dragons – Saturday 5:30PM at Accor Stadium

Rabbitohs
Dufty returns to the NRL and takes over from Gray at fullback. David Fifita is out for 6 weeks with a hamstring injury – Lachlan Hubner takes his place on the edge.
Dragons
Mat Feagai replaces Moses Suli. Highly rated Jacob Halangahu has been added to the bench.
SuperCoach Analysis
Latrell Mitchell is having a cracker of a season, and should be in all teams by now. Cody Walker should make a bit more cash with a decent score in his rolling average, as long as the next few scores are decent. I am interested in both Koloamatangi and Tallis Duncan, especially considering Souths play all 3 big bye rounds this season.
Surprisingly, there is a decent amount of interest in the Dragons considering how bad they are playing. Holmes, Su’A and Toby Couchman are the targets here.
Wests Tigers vs Broncos – Satursday 7:35PM at Campbelltown Sports Stadium

Wests Tigers
Jarome Luai is named to return, while Madden reverts to the bench. Taylan May returns from injury and comes in at centre, replacing Skelton with Turuva moving to the wing.
Broncos
Adam Reynolds returns at halfback, moving Tom Duffy to the bench. Pat Carrigan is suspended, so Xavier Willison comes in at lock. Josh Rogers will play hooker with both Hunt and Mozer out.
Supercoach Analysis
Turuva, Doueihi, May, Pearce-Paul and Twal can all be targets here. Twal in particular is averaging a whopping 66 per game in pure base alone. If his minutes continue, he could average 75+.
Payne Haas is my only interest at the Broncos this week, though you could choose to forego for now with Origin looming and him only just returning from injury.
Roosters vs Knights – Sunday 2:00PM at Allianz Stadium

Roosters
Roosters are 1-19.
Knights
Dylan Brown returns at halfback, moving Fletcher Sharpe to fullback with Kalyn Ponga still out injured. Fletcher Hunt moves to centre. Dylan Lucas is out for at least a month after a throat injury, which sees Thomas Cant start on the edge.
Supercoach Analysis
Tedesco & Nawaqanitawase are the elite options here. Sam Walker is quite cheap now and can be considered with the Roosters soft upcoming run.
Sharpe is the main target at the Knights. I will be looking to offload Trey Mooney soon, though he isn’t a priority sale.
Eels vs Bulldogs – Monday 4:05PM at CommBank Stadium

Eels
The poor Eels are decimated with injuries after losing another 3 players last week. Sean Russell returns from concussion, which sees Brian Kelly move to the wing. Guymer and Williams will start on the edges. Saxon Pryke and Toni Mataele have been added to the bench.
Bulldogs
Leo Thompson has been named to make his debut for the Bulldogs, replacing Max King who has a jaw injury. Stephen Crichton could be a late inclusion as he has been included among the reserves.
Supercoach Analysis
No SC relevance at Parramatta currently.
Kiraz, Kikau and Preston are all viable options.
