Xavier Willison – 23.5% ownership
I had him in this list last week, and didn’t he deliver? Thankfully for us, he’s still owned in very few leagues. He’s playing big minutes, he’s on a good team, he loves a try, and he’ll get dual position in Round 12. He ticks all the boxes – put in a waiver for him.

Billy Burns – 3.1% ownership
Burns will be playing on the left edge for the Sharks over the next 2–3 weeks due to Teig Wilton’s shoulder injury. He’s a handy player, and the Sharks have a very favourable match-up this week against the Eels. He showed some upside on the weekend – back him in.

Leka Halisima – 18.8% ownership
This bloke is a beast. It’s a bit of a punt, to be fair, but also a vibe. He’s a wrecking ball who loves a meat pie and looks like a man among boys every time he runs. Has Andrew Webster finally decided to rip the band-aid off and give him a proper run, starting and playing big minutes regularly?

Personally, I’d be setting the alarm early, picking him up as a free agent, stashing him, and watching closely this week. If he lights up Magic Round, it’ll cost you a much higher waiver next week.

Izack Tago – 28.8% ownership
Another bloke who featured in last week’s list and delivered for the few coaches who still believe. I’m continuing to back him in and rate him as a waiver option again this week. I reckon getting dropped was the wake-up call he needed.

Higher-Owned Options
These players are all owned in 40–50% of leagues. If any of them are still available in your league, you need to seriously ask why you haven’t already put a waiver in:

John Bateman

Euan Aitken

Dylan Egan

Campbell Graham
