Lets take a look at potential VC & C options for Round 22.
VC Options
Herbie Farnworth – I think the Phins are great value in this fixture, and could get the chocolates against an understrength Warriors side struggling for form. The Warriors concede an average amount of points to CTW compared to the rest of the competition, though there is nothing average about Herbie Farnworth and his Supercoach output. Boasting a 5RA of 104 (with another ton in his game previous to those 5) back him in to cross the line and post another 90+ score.
Reece Walsh – Things still aren’t clicking for Reece Walsh or the Broncos, but he is still popping up with reasonable scores. He was a metre away from a 80+ score in their recent loss against the Eels, and this week come up against a Souths side conceding the most points to Hookers, FRF, 5/8 & Fullback of all teams in the NRL. I think the Broncos could post a serious score and win handsomely.
C Options
Nathan Cleary – Nathan Cleary did take back the goalkicking duties last week and kicked 6/6. This is super valuable and adds to his already elite scoring. On top of this, he is up against a Titans side who conceded points for fun and have one eye on Mad Monday.
Jacob Kiraz – Being picked in the fullback position is notoriously a positive for Supercoach output, however Kiraz already has an insane work rate for a CTW. He is super talented though, and I am backing him to put the finishing touches on a backline move or two to complement his runs and tackle busts. His scoring floor offers a very safe C choice with the potential to go large against weaker opposition.
