Breaking news on Monday saw a leaked photo of South’s fullback, Latrell Mitchell, at a private residence next to a table with an apparent white substance. Without forensics on the case, we all have to make an educated guess as to what that substance was.
But honestly, I couldn’t give a fuck about what Latrell does in his personal time. 99% of Sydney does cocaine, so if athletes want to do it too, who are we to judge.
My gripe is with the people that surround these players, and ultimately, leak photos of them to the media.
Like honestly, who are these mates you choose to be around? Especially when you’re getting stuck into activities that could land you in hot water.
I’d love to see these players name and shame these so called “mates” and let social media take care of them. Put these snakes on blast and let them find out if selling that photo to Channel 9 was truly worth it.
